SECTION 01Use of Our Website
You may use this website to browse our catalog, learn about our products, and place orders for personal or business use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

We sell engines, transmissions, and powertrain components — including new, remanufactured, and used parts. We work hard to describe each item accurately, including mileage, condition, and compatibility where known. Photos and specifications are provided for general guidance, and minor variations may occur.

SECTION 03Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but in the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
SECTION 04Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there’s a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.
SECTION 05Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, carriers, and delivery timeframes are described on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is delivered to the address you provided.
SECTION 06Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that are uninstalled and undamaged, with refunds issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection. SECTION 07Warranty & Disclaimer
Any warranty offered on a specific product will be stated on that product’s listing. Except where a warranty is expressly provided, all items are sold “as described.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
SECTION 08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRONPULSE MOTORS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website — including labor costs, installation costs, or vehicle downtime. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Installation should always be performed by a qualified professional.
