This policy explains your return and refund rights when you buy from IRONPULSE MOTORS. It covers how long you have to return an item, the condition it needs to be in, who pays for return shipping, how refunds are issued, and what to do for specific situations such as a damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing order.

01Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 14 days unfortunately cannot be accepted, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

02What Can Be Returned

All items sold by IRONPULSE MOTORS are eligible for return, provided that the item is:

  1. Uninstalled. The engine, transmission, or part must not have been fitted, started, or run.
  2. Undamaged and in original condition. No modifications, no missing components, and free of any damage that occurred after delivery.
  3. Returned with proof of purchase. Your order number or order confirmation email.
Please note: Once an engine or transmission has been installed or run, it can no longer be returned for a change-of-mind refund. If an installed part proves to be faulty, see โ€œFaulty itemsโ€ below โ€” your warranty and consumer rights still apply.

03How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Email us at info@ironpulsemotors.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item youโ€™d like to return, and the reason.
  2. Weโ€™ll reply with your return authorization and the correct return shipping address. Please wait for this before shipping anything back, so your return can be tracked to your order.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable, insured service. Engines and transmissions are heavy โ€” protect them well to avoid transit damage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, weโ€™ll process your refund (see below).

Change of mind

Ordered the wrong thing or no longer need it? Return it uninstalled and undamaged within 14 days for a full refund. There is no restocking fee.

Faulty item

If a part is defective or doesnโ€™t perform as described, contact us right away. Weโ€™ll arrange the return and cover the cost.

Damaged in transit

Arrived damaged? Email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and weโ€™ll replace it or refund you in full.

Wrong product sent

If we shipped the wrong item, thatโ€™s on us. Weโ€™ll send the correct part and cover all shipping both ways.

Order never arrived

If tracking shows your order didnโ€™t reach you, contact us. Weโ€™ll investigate with the carrier and refund or reship.

Need a different item? Return the original under the change-of-mind terms and place a new order, or email us and weโ€™ll help arrange the swap.

Cancellation after ordering

Changed your mind before it ships? Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasnโ€™t shipped, weโ€™ll cancel it and refund you in full at no cost.

06How & When Youโ€™re Refunded

Refund method: All refunds are issued back to your original payment method โ€” the same card or account you used at checkout. We donโ€™t issue refunds by any other method unless you specifically request store credit.

Refund timing: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we process your refund within 3โ€“5 business days. After we issue it, your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the funds to your account.

Refund amount: Youโ€™ll be refunded the full price you paid for the returned item. With no restocking fees, change-of-mind returns are refunded in full minus only the return shipping you paid to send the item back.

07Checking Your Order or Return Status

To check the status of an order or an in-progress return, log in to My Account and open your order history, or reply to your return email thread and weโ€™ll give you an update. Weโ€™ll always email you once your refund has been processed.
