SECTION 01Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate that varies by destination. The exact cost for your country is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay — so you always know the full price up front, with no hidden add-ons.

Tip: If you’d like the exact flat rate to your country shown in this table instead of “shown at checkout,” send me your rate sheet and I’ll list each region’s price. GMC requires these to match your Merchant Center shipping settings exactly.

SECTION 02Customs & Import Duties

We cover all import duties and customs fees. Wherever you are in the world, the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay — there are no extra charges when your order reaches your country. You will never be asked to pay a courier or customs office to release your package.

Truly no surprises: All taxes, duties, and customs clearance are handled and paid by IRONPULSE MOTORS on your behalf.

We ship with trusted global carriers so your order is trackable from the moment it leaves us.

FedEx & UPS

Used for parts and standard shipments, domestic and international, with full tracking.

Freight / LTL

Complete engines and large, heavy items ship by freight carrier for safe, insured delivery.

SECTION 04Handling & Delivery Times

After you order, we need 1–2 business days to process and pack it (handling time). Once it ships, transit times are:

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Actual transit time depends on the carrier and your local customs, and can occasionally be affected by weather or holidays.

SECTION 05Tracking Your Order

Tracking by Email

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

You can also see your order history any time by logging in to My Account. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.

SECTION 06Missing or Delayed Items

In the rare event your order is delayed, lost, or arrives incomplete, we’re here to make it right:

Delayed Package

If tracking stalls past the estimate, email us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

Missing Item

If part of a multi-item order is missing, contact us and we’ll locate it or send a replacement.
