At IronPulse Motors, we understand that crating and transporting an engine or full transmission requires specialized logistics. We make international powertrain delivery transparent, predictable, and fully insured.

Packaging & Crating

Every engine is thoroughly drained of fluids, secured to a heavy-duty industrial wooden pallet or steel crate, shrink-wrapped with vapor-barrier protective film, and banded for secure freight handling.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing & Final Bench Check: 2 to 4 business days
• North American Freight (US & Canada): 4 to 7 business days via FedEx Freight or LTL
• International Freight (UK, Europe, Australia, NZ, Caribbean): 10 to 18 business days via expedited air/ocean freight

Tracking & Delivery Coordination

You will receive automated tracking information via email and SMS as soon as your pallet leaves our warehouse. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you 24 hours prior to schedule liftgate service.

Every engine that passes through IronPulse Motors undergoes strict pre-shipment quality verification by certified technicians before crating.

What We Inspect Before Dispatch

• Cylinder Compression Test: Verified across all cylinders with documented PSI figures
• Cylinder Leak-Down Test: Ensuring valve seal integrity and piston ring health
• Crankshaft & Cam Rotation: Hand-turned 720 degrees to verify smooth operation
• Oil Pan & Borescope Visual: Checked for internal debris, sludge, or scoring

Standard 90-Day Powertrain Warranty

We provide a 90-day parts replacement warranty on internal lubricated parts (block, cylinder heads, crankshaft, camshafts, pistons, and bearings). If an engine suffers mechanical failure within 90 days of delivery under normal operating conditions, IronPulse Motors will repair, replace, or issue store credit for the unit.

Warranty Exclusions

• Failure resulting from overheating due to improper cooling setup or low fluid levels
• Improper tuning, forced induction added to naturally aspirated blocks, or competition/race use
• External bolt-on accessories (alternators, starters, water pumps, belts) are provided as convenience items and are not covered under internal warranty

30-Day Inspection Period

You have 30 days from the date of pallet delivery to inspect your order. If the item arrives damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrect compared to your invoice, contact us immediately at info@ironpulsemotors.com.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

1. Contact support with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
2. Our technical desk will issue an RMA number and arrange return freight pickup.
3. Upon return to our depot and serial verification, replacement or full refund is issued within 3–5 business days.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the engine is strapped and booked for freight. Once a bill of lading (BOL) is issued, returns are subject to standard freight carrier restocking fees.

Unlike standard unverified sellers where international buyers get blindsided with surprise VAT, tariff, and customs clearance charges, IronPulse operates an all-inclusive import model.

If any carrier or customs official attempts to collect an import brokerage fee on an authorized IronPulse shipment, immediately send the invoice to info@ironpulsemotors.com and our logistics desk will resolve or reimburse it directly.

All parts sold are intended for automotive replacement or performance application in accordance with local environmental and vehicle safety regulations.

We respect your privacy. IronPulse Motors collects only the information necessary to fulfill your order, provide freight tracking, and process payments securely. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data with third parties.

All credit card transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways (Stripe / PayPal) utilizing end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
